ALGEBRA I PART I

Algebra I Part I is designed for students entering 9th grade. Included in the progression of algebraic content is patterns, generalization of arithmetic concepts, proportional reasoning, and representation of mathematical relationships using tables, symbols, and graphs. The study of Algebra focuses on such concepts and skills associated with expressions and operations, equations and inequalities, functions, and statistics. This is the first part of a two part Algebra I series. Algebra I Part II must be completed to earn a high school graduation credit for Algebra I.
