Attendance is vital to success in fourth grade. Please make sure your child is at school and on time every day, unless he/she is sick. If your child does have to be absent, please send a note upon the child’s return explaining the reason for the absence, or you may email your excuse to collinsattend@scottsboroschools.net. Remember that students may enter the building at 7:15, and the school day begins at 7:35 a.m. Late arrivals and early check outs are considered to be a tardy. Excessive absences and tardiness will be dealt with according to the Student Code of Conduct.
