The Food Assistance Program is a supplemental food program offered to high school students at Scott County High School and Phoenix Horizon Community. Please fill out a form for any student who could benefit from additional food provided by the school.
You can be added to the Food Assistance Program at anytime through out the 2020-2021 school year.
