Pay School Fees through MySchool Bucks. If you are new to myschoolbucks, Click Here for Instructions. If you already have a myschool bucks account from last year, click here to pay your school fee. Students that qualify for free/reduced lunch have their fees waived. If you receive a fee waiver, you may choose whether or not to pay this fee that goes directly to your child's teachers.
NOTE: For all kindergarten students and newly enrolled students, My School Bucks will not be available to you until after the first day of school. Please wait until AFTER the first day of school to pay your fees unless you went to Eastern last year.

Transportation Form. If you did not fill out this form last week, please let your child's teacher know how they will get to and from school on the first day and then on the 2nd and following days.

Student Health Questionaire. This form must be completed on paper. Copies were provided to Kindergarten families at Orientation. For everyone else, copies will be available at Open House. If you did not attend either of those and need one sent home, contact your child's teacher.
There will also be some hard copy forms required of Kindergarten and all Newly Enrolled Students from other districts (Media Release, Device Use, Acceptable Use Policy, etc.). These will be sent home.

If you need to send in a parent note to excuse your child's absence during the school year, use this google form to submit your excuse.
