Back to School Forms TASK #1
(For Existing Students ONLY)
Skip this task if you are new to Eastern this year! (Including Kindergarten Students)
If you are enrolling a new student that did not complete the online registration (deadline was August 4th), please come in person to the school during our posted office hours below.
Please Note: Before you begin, please have a PDF or an image/screenshot of a recent utility bill handy to confirm your address. You will be required to upload it before submitting your registration.
Step 1: Log-in to Infinite Campus Parent Portal:

Step 2: Click on "More" (Left Column) and then "Online Registration".
Step 3: Follow all instructions to update parent/guardian information, emergency contacts, pickup list, address confirmation, technology agreement, etc.
Step 4: Please be sure to SUBMIT your forms at the end. This includes a copy of a utility bill for proof of address. You will receive an email confirmation that it was submitted.
