Free/Reduced Lunch Application

We ask that ALL students complete the application, even if you are certain you will not qualify. This will assist our school in qualifying for federally funded programs.

Step 1: Gather the necessary Information:

You will need:

Names & Income of every member of your household.
School Grade & Birthdate of every member of your household.
Social Security Number of every member of your household.
SNAP Case Number if you receive SNAP benefits (Students with SNAP benefits, Medicaid, or in Foster Care automatically qualify.)

Step 2: Visit this link and complete the application. You will need to search for Scott County Board of Education.
