Diabetes Care Management

Scotland County partners with HealthMap Rx to manage prescription drug benefits for employees and dependents enrolled in the BlueCross BlueShield of North Carolina (BCBSNC) medical plan who have been diagnosed with pre-diabetes or diabetes.

This program is designed to help members better manage their condition, reduce out-of-pocket prescription costs, and access clinical support through HealthMap Rx’s specialized care team.
