Erasmus Days at Secondary School Ghimbav

During the week of October 14 - 19, 2024, events were held at the Secondary School Ghimbav to celebrate the opportunities offered by the Erasmus+ program and the benefits of participating in the project's activities.

An online conference attended by students, parents, teachers and local representatives took place on October 15, 2024. Here we popularized the start of our project, introduced the project team and what the project aims to the students and parents, obtained the support of the local community and answered the parents' questions about the activities that will take place.

The logo contest for the project took place this week and ended on Friday, October 18, 2024, with the selection of the winning logo by a jury made up of parents, teachers and a representative of the local community.

We want to congratulate all the students who so enthusiastically participated in the logo competition organized as part of the Erasmus+ project. Their creativity and hard work prove that they can accomplish wonderful things. We are very proud of their work.

The jury decided, on the basis of clearly defined criteria, which are the works that will represent our school in the final phase of the logo competition. Here they are below! Good luck in the final phase!

The treasure hunt game, a fun way to celebrate The Erasmus days

The #ErasmusDays are an international six-day celebration of the Erasmus+ programme. During these days, people throughout the world are invited to come together and either organise or participate at events that celebrate the projects and opportunities proposed by Erasmus+.

On the14th October 2024, our school “Bovio-Cotugno” from Ruvo di Puglia -ITALY- celebrated that day with an ecological treasure hunt in the park “Parco Mennea”. We choose that location because for us spending time in parks allows students and teachers to reconnect with nature. Furthermore playing games in it helps to promote a healthy, active lifestyle, which is crucial for everyone

The event was conceived as a special day with an environmentally themed educational approach. The objective was to complete the course in the fastest time possible, identifying and solving the hidden clues that posed questions on environment, foreign languages riddles and math games.

Everyone had fun, it was such a beautiful experience!

#ErasmusDays, which enlighten Europe and discuss all the opportunities of the Erasmus+ Program, which enriches lives and opens minds, was held on October 16, 2024 at Necmettin Erbakan University with the participation of Büyük Sinan Mehmet Fatma Dalan Primary School in Konya, Türkiye. It hosted its visitors by promoting our newly accepted Ka210 Sch Erasmus+ project with the stand it prepared.
