The National FFA Convention & Expo is all about growing the next generation of leaders. No matter where you are in FFA, you’ll find inspiration and direction to become a leader and influencer, ready to make an impact. During this event, find out who you are, who you want to become and how you can change how the world grows.
What does the cost include? During the week of convention, students will ONLY be responsible for their fast-food lunches as well as any spending money for the FFA store and other tour locations and attractions. This means that all the tours, rodeo, concert, dinners, hotel, bus, convention registration, sessions, career show, etc. are ALL included in the cost this year!

Depending on how much you would like to spend on lunch meals and at the FFA Mega store, the amount of money you bring is up to you and your family. You will be responsible for purchasing all of your lunches while on the trip (around $15 per meal). Additionally, there is a FFA Shopping Mall where you can purchase FFA apparel as well as a variety of other items from. Though $250 is recommended at a minimum for meals, snacks and a couple souvenirs.
This is completely up to you and your family! However, two of the major venues we will be in, Bankers Life Fieldhouse and Lucas Oil Stadium, are now CASHLESS. All payments inside these buildings must be made with a credit card, debit card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay. The facilities do have Cash-to-Card machines where you can convert cash into prepaid debit cards at no expense.
Download the official 94th National FFA Convention & Expo app for free on Apple and Android devices beginning in early October. The app includes a complete and customizable schedule, comprehensive maps, exhibitor listings, attraction and dining listings, event push notifications and much more. Visit convention.FFA.org/app or search “FFA Events” on your app store to download.
YES! FFA badges with registration information must be worn at all times while at convention. These are what security will use to “scan” you into events as well as check that you’re part of convention. If you lose your badge, you will be required to pay the $10 CASH fee to replace your badge.
