SCDT Scholarship Opportunity
Please complete and submit the SCDT Scholarship Application no later than April 1st your senior year.
St. Charles Dance Team recognizes high school senior dance team athletes who possess exemplar qualities. Exemplar qualities include but are not limited to: performances, competitions on the local and/or state levels, as well as academic achievement and community involvement. The recipient (s) of this award will receive a scholarship of up to $500. The number of recipients (up to 5) will be determined based on eligibility, application, and essay. Eligibility: Candidates must be a senior dance team member, must have a minimum GPA of 2.75 based on a (4.0) scale, and complete the application and essay requirements. If selected as a recipient, athlete will need to submit their first semester college grades transcript along with their second semester schedule to the office at St Charles High School. Please include this information in an envelope along with your name and that it is for the Dance Team Scholarship. Please complete this form and return it to Mrs. Alexandria Slocum via, no later than April 1st.
