Regular updates to your Student/Teacher Rosters and class lists are necessary throughout the year. Here are some of the most common scenarios:
Remove students who are no longer enrolled and add incoming ones.
Remove staff who are no longer in the building and add new staff.
Update contact information (emails, phone numbers) from ATS.
Update class schedules if changes occur after the school year begins.

Occasionally, you will need to print out responses in the NYC DOE’s specific pdf format. If this is the case, you will need to “Download a Mapped PDF” and then print it.
