You will need to update Student/Teacher Rosters and classes occasionally. Below are some of the most common reasons why.
It’s the start of the new school year, and you need to remove leaving students as well as add all of your incoming students. You also need to remove leaving teachers and add new ones.
You need to remove students that have left your school.
You need to add any new students that are now on ATS.
Any contact information such as emails or phone numbers need to be updated from ATS.
Class schedules have been updated after the start of the school year.

Approval Stage Workflows
Do you have an eForm that needs to go through one or more approval stages? On Forms & Flows (formerly Operoo), you can create different Approval Groups made up of the various approvers required for whatever the task may be. You can also set up notifications and multiple stages of Approvals. This Article explains How to Use Approvals. Once you’ve sent out your eForm and start collecting responses, you will be able to start viewing them. There are several different ways for you to view responses, so feel free to use the method that works best for you

Occasionally, you will need to print out responses in the NYC DOE’s specific pdf format. If this is the case, you will need to “Download a Mapped PDF” and then print it.
