Adventurer's Park is a small, local amusement park for families who want to have fun. It is located right here in the south part of Brooklyn, 1824 Shore Pkwy. There are rides for all ages and plenty to do. Some of the main attractions include the wet boats, the fun slide, the bumper cars, a Ferris wheel, and miniature golf. The park is open from now through the end of August. They also host birthday parties and group trips. I recommend going there if you're looking for a fun weekend day but remember that some rides have strict height requirements. I give it four out of five stars because I couldn't experience all the rides due to the height limit.

Dave & Buster's arcade room. Photo retrieved from YouTube.com.
Dave & Buster's is an arcade and restaurant located all over the United States. The closest one is on Atlantic Avenue in Downtown Brooklyn. The place offers a lot of arcade games to choose from. There is plenty of food you can eat after playing. It’s a pretty good place to go for entertainment. Some of their attractions include NBA Superstars and the human crane. The ticket game limit eventually runs out, but you can get toys with the points you earn from the games. I give it four out of five stars because the ticket game limits ran out.

The New York Aquarium is a beautiful place to go to on a Saturday or Sunday afternoon. The large and interesting place is located in Coney Island, Brooklyn. There are a lot of sea animals to look at and a seal that does tricks for the audience! It was a bit crowded, but it was still quiet. I recommend going here if you like fish and aquariums. I give it four out of five stars because it isn't my number one favorite thing to do.

Picture this: You are on vacation and want to go out to eat because you are starving. You want to go somewhere but you don't know any good spots. Well, I would like to share some great restaurants with you that are high up on my list of amazing places.
The Rainforest Cafe
Rainforest Cafe is my first pick because the food there is excellent and it feels like a rainforest. It makes sense because it's in the name. I ordered the chicken tenders with french fries and fruit. If you don't like chicken nuggets and french fries, there are a lot of other dishes to choose from. For example, they also serve pasta, steak, and shrimp. Rainforest Cafe will also make your birthday special by singing to you, but it's better if it's a surprise for someone. They offer an ice cream sundae and sandwiches for dessert. You can find The Rainforest Cafe in many locations across the country.

The Olive Garden
The Olive Garden, another place on my list, has really friendly staff and the food is awesome. When I went there, I got grapes with pasta and chicken tenders, but if you want something else, they have a massive menu perfect for anyone who is picky like me. The food there is like food at any other fancy restaurant, but it's affordable, good, and great.

Chick-fil-A
Last but not least, Chick-fil-A. It's a popular, well-known fast food chain and it is also awesome to eat at. It's just perfect. The food, the atmosphere, the smell of fresh, juicy chicken—whether it’s tenders or nuggets, it's amazing. The staff is really nice, too. When I went there, I got 12 pieces of nuggets with ice cream (and the ice cream is delicious) and a large fruit punch. Yum!
