I am a School Counselor at PS 277 in the Bronx. I received my M.S.Ed and Bilingual Extension in K-12 School Counseling from Herbert H. Lehman College. My education and training are based on the American School Counselor Association’s (ASCA) National Model and the Framework for School Counseling Program.

Melodie Badillo is one of the school counselor interns at PS 277. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Urban Psychology from CUNY Baruch College. Currently, she is finishing her Master’s degree in Counselor Education at CUNY Lehman College. Her education and training have been based on the American School Counseling Association’s (ASCA) National Model - A Framework for School Counseling Programs. Melodie has been working with students for the past 10 years and is excited to continue being able to make a difference in future generations!
Jessica Gonzalez is a School Counselor intern at P.S. 277. Jessica holds a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from Monroe College. She is in her first year of graduate school currently, pursuing a Master’s degree in School Counselor Education with Lehman College the City University of New York. Her education and training are positioned on the American School Counselor Association (ASCA), A National Model Framework for School Counseling Programs. Jessica has training and internship experience within the NYPD system and The New York City Teaching Fellows. Jessica is very passionate about working with children and looks forward to becoming a change agent in the lives of all her students.
