CEP Goals

Priority 1 - Literacy/NYC Reads :

By June, 2027, literacy for all Students in grades K-2 will improve, as measured by a 10% increase, from 58% to 68%, of percentage of students scoring at or above benchmark on the Acadience Reading Benchmark Assessment.

By June, 2027, literacy for all students in grades 3-5 will improve, as measured by a 10% increase, from 46% to 56%, of percentage of students performing early on, mid, or above grade level on the iReady Reading Diagnostic Assessment.

By June, 2027, literacy for all students in grades 3-5 will improve, as measured by a 10% Increase, from 38% to 48%, of percentage of students in grades 3-5 performing Early On Grade Level or Mid/Above Grade Level in Informational Text Comprehension on the iReady Reading Diagnostic Assessment.

​Priority 2 - Math/NYC Solves:

By June, 2027, mathematics for all students in grades K-2 will improve, as measured by a 10% Increase, from 18% to 28%, of percentage of students in grades k-2 performing Early On Grade Level or Mid/Above Grade Level on the iReady Math Diagnostic Assessment.

By June, 2027, mathematics for all students in grades 3-5 will improve, as measured by a 16% increase, from 45% to 61%, of percentage of students performing Early On Grade Level or Mid/Above Grade Level on the iReady Math Diagnostic Assessment.

Priority 3 - Safe and Inclusive Schools:

By June, 2027, safety/belonging for all Students will improve, as measured by a 6% Increase, in percentage of students in grades 3-5 reporting favorable responses in the Self-Management domain from 66% to 72%, per the District 25 Student SEL Survey. 

Priority 4 - All students graduate college and career ready and have a strong plan and pathway to economic security:

By June, 2027, the number of students engaged in CFA learning experiences for all students will increase by 20% from 80% to 100% as measured by District 25 Civics for All Progress Monitoring Trackers.

By June, 2027, the percentage of k-5 families completing Building Block 1 for all students will increase by 10% from 71% to 81% as measured by the Save for College Program Monthly District Report for District 25.

By June, 2027, the percentage of students in grade 4 engaging with a minimum of three Hidden Voices profiles for all students will Increase by 100% from 0 to 100% as measured by District-created Google Survey.

Priority 5 - Attendance/Chronically Present, Every Day Matters 

By June, 2027, the percentage of students who are chronically absent for all students will decrease by 3%, from 11% to 8%, as measured by the New Visions Chronic Absenteeism Reports.

By June, 2027, the percentage of Hispanic students who are chronically absent will decrease by 7%, from 27% to 20%, as measured by the New Visions Chronic Absenteeism Reports.

By June, 2027, the percentage of Chronically Absent Students with Disabilities (SWD) will decrease by 7%, from 22% to 15%, as measured by the New Visions Chronic Absenteeism Reports.
