What is exercise?
Exercise is a form of physical activity that can help improve your muscles, confidence, and bones. Exercise works by tearing your muscles and then putting them back together to make them stronger. Exercise helps build your confidence is because it boosts mood, promoting a sense of accomplishment, and potentially altering your body image to look cool. Additionally, exercise is very important because when you don't exercise it can increase the chances of being overweight and unhealthy.
Why is exercise important?
Exercise is important because it can improve your muscle strength and boost your endurance. Exercise sends oxygen and nutrients to your body tissues and helps your cardiovascular system work more efficiently. When your heart and lung health improve, you have more energy to tackle daily chores.
What can you do for exercise?
Some activities you can do for exercise are walking, running, swimming, dancing, or cycling (etc.). These activities are perfect for your health.
83.1% of the people actually exercise which is good, because it's removing 0.37% fat from your body per week. Also, it helps your body and bones stay healthy. For example, going to the gym and participating in physical activity helps remove body fat.
