ARMED / UNARMED EXHIBITION: Precision drill routines with showcasing creativity, synchronization, and discipline.
ARMED / UNARMED PLATOON: Performs regulation drill movements without rifles, focusing on uniformity, posture, and discipline.
COLOR GUARD: Presents and carries the national, state, and Navy flags during ceremonies, parades, and competitions.
ORIENTEERING: Combines navigation and physical endurance, using maps and compasses to locate checkpoints in outdoor courses.
PERSONNEL INSPECTION: Trains for uniform inspections, emphasizing attention to detail, military bearing, and knowledge of naval science.
PHYSICAL FITNESS: Competes in strength, endurance, and agility events such as push-ups, curl-ups, and running challenges
STEM - SCIENCE TECHNOLOGY, ENGINEERING AND MATH
SEAPERCH: Designs, builds, and operates underwater remotely operated vehicles (ROVs) for engineering-based competitions,
DRONES: Focuses on drone flight operations, aerial navigation, and technical problem-solving in unmanned systems challenges.
CYBER PATRIOT: CyberPatriot is the National Youth Cyber Education Program created by the Air & Space Forces Association to inspire K-12 students toward careers in cybersecurity or other science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) disciplines critical to our nation’s future.
JROTC Leadership & Academic Bowl (JLAB):: A national academic and leadership competition for JROTC cadets. Cadets compete in teams through online rounds (Levels I & II) and, if they qualify, travel to Washington, D.C. for Level III Nationals at the Catholic University of America.
