This page included in his Journal the Codex Arundel explains Leonardo's theory of how the moon reflections happen. This page was a helpful guide to those in the future who studied astronomy. It is described that 20 years after he created this belief someone else was able to prove it wrong. This shows how him communicating through these writings he was able to inspire someone else to gain interest in this topic. These notes could have also helped this person who proved him wrong have an idea of what he was wrong about and fix it.
