Annual Reviews

When completing you IEP be sure to:

• Assure that all involved parties complete a new 408 Form for the duration of the student's IEP

• Reporting Progress to Parents (3 times per year: during report card periods)

• Assure that Measurable Annual Goals are updated before the end of marking period and are ready to share with parents.

• Assure that you have forms of student voice. (According to....., He says that....., her favorite......

• BIP information is accurate and scheduled when necessary
