This 12 question interview protocol can be used to bridge the gap between expectations and understanding between the school's principal and operations leader. Many of the misunderstandings or friction between leaders can be prevented with more upfront understanding of each other's working norms and expectations. We used this protocol at the beginning of the year across the network, and it signficiantly improved the relationships at the campuses. 

This is helpful reminder list was co-created with staff to help reframe and have a collective definition of what we wanted our customer service to be. This helped us make standards to improve our family's expeirences.
