Tool we used to standardize the spending at multiple campuses. This clarifies what is not permitted and encouraged, and identifies the rationale behind it. This approach was developed collaboratively with academic leaders after years of too much micromanagement or no oversight which was leading to disparities at campuses and either spending too much and going over budget or not enough to ensure adequate supplies for teachers and students.
