How You Can Participate
There are two registration options:
Register as a member of a District Team that includes family members, or
Register Independently as someone who is not part of a district team
We strongly encourage districts to send a team and to use the summit as an opportunity to engage new family members and energize local family school partnership work!
Interested educators are strongly encouraged to work with others in your district to form a team that includes family members. Seats for educators who are not part of a district team or bringing family member representatives are limited (maximum of 2; additional educators will be placed on a wait list).

Important Dates
June 5: Registration for District Teams with family members opens
July 18: Registration for Independent participants opens
October 2: Deadline for reserving a hotel room at the discounted rate of $149 + tax
October 12: Registration closes
Register as a District Team Member
Your District Team including family members:
Needs a District Team lead who can work with summit staff to help register and support team members.
Can have up to 12 team members. Each team member should register separately. Additional team members can register and will be placed on the waitlist.
Must include family members and educators.
At least 25-50% of your team must be family members. For the purposes of your summit team, a "Family Member" cannot be a district staff member.
Family Members will receive a $75 stipend to support their participation.
Can also include community members and student representatives (middle and high school).
Should be prepared to help family members with transportation to the summit.

Register as an Independent Participant
Register independently if:
Your school district is not sending a team to the summit.
You are not from a school district; for example, you are a workshop facilitator, panelist, state agency staff, or resource organization staff.
Interested educators are strongly encouraged to work with others in your district to form a team that includes family members. Seats for educators who are not part of a district team or bringing family member representatives are limited (maximum of 2, additional educators will be placed on a wait list).
If your district sends a team, we will contact you and the District Team Lead so that you can join the team.
