Your child will be provided with a mail bag for the year. We will use this mail bag to send home important information – such as forms and monthly calendars. We encourage you to use this bag to communicate with us.

Please communicate with your child's teacher(s) first, before contacting the office. ALWAYS, your first point of contact should be the educators from your child’s classroom.

- If your child is going to be away, you MUST call the safe arrival phone number to let us know.
- It is a 24 hour answering machine. 705-728-3084, OPTION 1.
- Safe Arrival registration forms will go home in September.

All parents who wish to be CONSIDERED for volunteering MUST have a current criminal reference check (vulnerable section).
Go online to register for VOLUNTEERING at www.scdsb.on.ca and use the ‘community apps’ link.
When your online application form is complete, please print a copy and bring it to the school. Must be completed in 2021.

Attending School Council meetings is a great way to stay informed and help your child's school community. Consider coming to a meeting to see what it's all about.

- If your child will need medication administered or stored at school, a Plan of Care (see specific links above) and a Medical Form (signed by a doctor) needs to be completed.
- To obtain these forms please contact the office or click the links above.
- These forms must be in place for the first day of school or ASAP.

You need to sign up for this here: https://simcoecounty.schoolcashonline.com/ to pay for hot lunch, field trips etc. Forms will come home in September with sign up instructions and details.
