Want to edit an image or create something new out of other images? Here are a couple of free online tools to try (on a computer or downloadable apps for Android or iOS  in some cases)

• PicCollage

Need to change the size of an image?   Try the program Paint on your PC (click on the resize option) or use the web-based programs PicMonkey or PIXLR Editor.  Both of these also can be added to your Google Drive if that is where you do lots of your work.

If you manipulate images frequently and want to add an app to your mobile device you could try out apps like Reduce Photo Size or Simple Resize.
