South Carolina Council of Teachers of Mathematics Annual Conference

The annual SCCTM Math Conference is a two-day summit of talks, activities, and workshops that has been held since 1976.

Exhibitor Pricing Information for 2026

Booths and Ads must be reserved and paid for by September 15 to avoid a late fee.

Exhibitors will receive 1 complimentary lunch ticket per day, for each booth reserved and paid for.

If extra lunch tickets are needed, please order 2 weeks or more ahead of time and pay for the extra tickets online.

Exhibitors will receive 1 complimentary lunch ticket per day, for each booth reserved and paid for.

If extra lunch tickets are needed, please order extra lunch tickets 2 weeks or more ahead of time and pay for the extra tickets online. 

There will be one complimentary speaker registration or discount per booth. 

For example, when a company brings teachers to the conference as speakers, the company, the teacher, or the teacher’s school must pay the registration fee, since the teachers are attending the conference. If one teacher is designated as the primary speaker, that individual is eligible for the discounted speaker registration; co-speakers are not eligible for the discount. An exhibitor speaker, however, is eligible for speaker registration, as they are presenting rather than attending the conference for professional development.

• Exel document of attendees with email address, provided 3 weeks before the conference, is $100.

Corporate Sponsorship Possibilities

• Diamond Sponsorship: $3500 + - free full one-page program book ad, website logo with link, mention in monthly and special eBlasts (newsletter) for 12 months, first choice of booth location (if more than one exhibitor responds, the first to make their payment gets first choice, 2nd to make payment, 2nd choice, etc.) Excel files of registered attendee email contacts will be shared 3 weeks before the conference.

• Platinum Sponsorship: $2500 - $3499 - free full one-page program book ad, website logo with link, mention in eBlasts (newsletter) for 12 months.

• Gold Sponsorship: $1500 - $2499 - free 1/2 page program book ad, logo on website, mention in eBlast (newsletter) for 9 months

• Silver Sponsorship: $1000 - $1499 - free 1/4 page program book ad, logo on website, mention in eBlast (newsletter) for 6 months.

• Bronze Sponsorship: $500 - $999 - program book mention, logo on website, mention in eBlast (newsletter) for 6 months

• Honorable Mention: Less than $500 - program book mention

Keynote Sponsor: There will be signage.
Name Badge Sponsor: There will be signage, and a company logo can be added to the back of the name badge for sponsoring the cost of the badges.
Conference Bags Sponsor: There will be signage.
Lanyard Sponsor: There will be signage.
Dedicated / Reserved Room for Your Sessions for the Entire Conference:  $2,500 + cash donation (This is limited to the first two exhibitor sponsors requesting a dedicated room.)
Coffee Break Sponsor(s): $1250 per day or both days for $3,000. (This could be 2 sponsors, one on Thursday and another on Friday, or one exhibitor could choose to sponsor both days.) Your booth will be located at the back of the exhibit hall, across from the SCCTM booth, where the coffee will be located and served. There will be Coffee Sponsorship signage.
Meal Sponsor(s): More than one vendor can contribute to meal sponsorship. There will be signage.
Photo Booth Sponsor: $1000. There will be signage.
