Exhibitor Pricing Information for 2025
Booths and Ads must be reserved and paid for by September 15 to avoid a 20% late fee.
Exhibitors will receive 1 complimentary lunch ticket per day, for each booth reserved and paid for.
If extra lunch tickets are needed, please order these 3 weeks or more ahead of time and pay for the extra tickets online.
There will be one complimentary speaker registration or discount per booth. (For example, if a company is bringing teachers to the conference as speakers, their registrations must be paid for, as they are attending the conference. If one of them is the main speaker, they will be eligible for the discounted speaker registration. Cospeakers don't receive a speaker discount. An exhibitor speaker will be eligible for the complimentary speaker registration.)

Diamond Sponsorship: $3500 + - free full one-page program book ad, website logo with link, mention in monthly and special eBlasts (newsletter) for 12 months, first choice of booth location (if more than one exhibitor responds, the first to make their payment gets first choice, 2nd to make payment, 2nd choice, etc.) Lead retrieval with ExpoPass will be complimentary, Excel files of registered attendee email contacts will be shared 3 weeks prior to the conference.
Platinum Sponsorship: $2500 - $3499 - free full one-page program book ad, website logo with link, mention in eBlasts (newsletter) for 12 months.
Gold Sponsorship: $1500 - $2499 - free 1/2 page program book ad, logo on website, mention in eBlast (newsletter) for 9 months

Dedicated / Reserved Room for Your Sessions for the Entire Conference: $2,500 + cash donation
Coffee Break Sponsor(s): $1250 per day or both days for $2500. (This could be 2 sponsors, one on Thursday and another on Friday or one exhibitor could choose to sponsor both days.) Your booth will be located at the back of the exhibit hall, across from the SCCTM booth, where the coffee will be located and served. There will be Coffee Sponsorship signage.
Meal Sponsor(s): More than one vendor can contribute to meal sponsorship. There will be signage.

Remind your speakers to register online for their name badge, once their proposal is accepted. (All exhibitors will have at least one proposal per booth reserved accepted for the program. Excess proposals will go on a waiting list. Plus, the later that a company submits its exhibitor application and/or speaker proposals, the possibility of having to be on the session room waiting list magnifies.
