3 weeks
Read daily for 30 minutes after school.
At least ONE Free Choice Book fully read every 4-6 weeks.
You may take an Accelerated Reader Quiz or create a book summary to show proof.
🌊Do MH students get textbooks, where do I store them, and how long do I keep them for?

You will get at least 1 textbook which you will keep all year.
You keep them at home so you don't have to carry them back & forth!
They are due at the end of the school year.

Like your Chromebook these are given out with the expectation you will take very good care of them, know their whereabouts at all times, and that they will last you the entire school year.
💻Do I get my own Chromebook, for how long, and what are the expectations?
CHROMEBOOKS & HOTSPOTs
A Chromebook is checked out to you at the start of the year for the entire school year.
It is your responsibility to keep it charged, bring it to school every day, and every class.
Chromebooks are $370 so it your responsibility to keep them in great shape and in your possession at all times so that your family does not receive a bill.
If you need a Hot Spot to boost your internet at home, we phone home to talk to your parents first before we check it out to you.
Any technical issues or problems with your devices the Library will help!
