EXPENDITURES

Any form of expenditure must go through ASB and administration. You have to fill out the appropriate form such as the pre-approval for expenditure, check request, or the purchase order.

Instructions

Pre-Approval for Expenditure

1. First fill out the name of the club and what the purpose of pre-approval is.

2. Describe the thing you are going to spend money on

3. If you need to issue a check please fill out the applicable field.

4. Make sure all the signature boxes are filled out.

5. Print and give to Ms. RK in room 61
