Club Renewal

Please make sure to fill out your club renewal paperwork if you are either restarting an old club or are renewing a club which was going last year.

Instructions

• The form must include the Club's name.

• Staff Advisor

• Room #

• Applicable contact information (email, phone number, etc.)

• Mission statement

• Things the club may do (fundraisers, events, public service)

Also make sure you either send in your old club constitution or make a new one. Like the club new club application, these are subject to a process through ASB, Administration, and the Finance office.

Make sure to print this document and give it to Ms. RK in room 61.
