A deposit form is needed if you have already collected money and are needing to put it in your club's account.
Instructions
Count up all the money and then divide the pennies, nickles, dimes, and quarters out of the cash and count them individually. you will need the total amount of each coin type and their added up value. Add to the coin field.
Do the same for cash with ones, twos, fives, tens, twenties, fifties, and hundreds in the currency field.
Add up the total for coin, currency, and the combination of the two in the field below.
Make sure to record who filled out the form and add the date.
Print and take the form to the finance office.
It is recommended to go over the form two or three times before sending to the finance office.
