View your community/student/faculty account, check out eBooks, place books on hold, etc.
Click Destiny Discover. Enter the location (Georgia) and our school name (Charles Ellis Montessori Academy, Savannah, GA).
Sign in by clicking "Log in using your account with Savannah- Chatham Single Sign On." It looks like this:
Login with your SCCPSS District email address and password
Access eBooks through the SCCPSS library
Access eBooks through the Live Oak Public Library System
Check out books through LOPL using your student ID number preceded by "SAV" (Ex. SAV12345)- See "Live Oak Public Library PLAY Program" information below.
Go to GALILEO
Enter "Your Institution"- Ellis Elementary School (Savannah-Chatham County)
Enter "Password for Chatham County Schools"- Changes every six months. Contact Ms. Lisa for the most recent password.
Scroll down and select the EBSCO eBooks database
Search for books by title, author, or category
FREE eBook access between 7am-4pm (on school days only, not weekends)
Read ebooks, listen to audiobooks, and follow along with "Read-To-Me" books
Go to Epic!
Enter Ms. Lisa's Class Code: yuz3208
Search for your name
Click your profile button
If your name is not listed, use the "Guest" profile and contact Ms. Lisa (lisa.odonnell@sccpss.com) so she can add you to her class.
PINES Library Access for Youth (PLAY)
The PINES Library Access for Youth (PLAY) program gives students free access to public library materials and online resources to help them succeed in school. Live Oak Public Libraries (LOPL) partners with local schools to provide the PLAY program.
How to login:
PLAY account: 3-letter school district (SAV) followed by student number
PLAY password: 6-digit student birth month and year (MMYYYY)
Example:
Account: SAV1234567 (SAV is the district in all caps. 1234567 is the student number. No spaces.)
Password: 042006 (04 is birth month of April. 2006 is birth year. No spaces.)
Students have the option to change their password.
**Please Note: Your student number is available through PowerSchool. Your homeroom teacher should also be able to provide your student number to you. If you have questions, you may contact Ms.Lisa.
