First, go to the SCASD Community Education Online Registration portal. (If you are on the Community Ed district page, then you will need to click on the red “REGISTER NOW” button to enter the registration portal)
Since our summer camp is associated with the school district, we must have people register through SCASD Community Ed. If you do not yet have a Community Ed account, you must first create one by clicking on the "Create An Account" button. If you already have an existing Community Ed account from registering for other online courses, simply log in.
Make sure you are on the profile under your account for the child you would like to register. This profile is necessary in order for the school district to know who is signing up. A profile will also be necessary in the future if you want to sign your child up for online courses or other summer camps. Additional students can be added with the "Add New Family Members" button at the bottom.
At the top of the page, select "All Classes."
Click on the course you would like to sign up for. Shown is the page for Virtual Physical Education 1. Important: For our course, choose "2022 Science Olympiad Summer Camp".
On the Science Olympiad Summer Camp page, you will see each week listed separately. Click on the “Register Now” button next to each week. Students are welcome to attend both weeks of the camp, as different content will be covered each week!
When you click “Register Now” you will be asked to enter more information. Make sure you are on the correct child's profile.
You will then receive a confirmation that the course has been added to your cart. You can view your cart and check out at this point by clicking the orange button, or continue shopping with the gray button.
Continue to checkout with the gray button the lower right-hand corner and complete the payment process! You will receive a confirmation email soon after checkout.
