Welcome!

State High's Science Olympiad team is holding another summer camp for middle schoolers this summer! Each week, campers can choose between two groups: a biology and chemistry group, or a physics, engineering, and earth science group. Check out a more detailed lesson plan under 2022 Lesson Plan. All proceeds will go to the Science Olympiad team so they can pay for club funds, including transportation to competitions in the coming school year, materials, and competition fees. Register through SCASD Community Ed.

Grade levels: Entering grades 6-9 in Fall 2022

Dates and times:

• Registration closes on August 4th.

• Week 1: Aug 8th - Aug 12th (9 AM - 12 PM) at State High

• Week 2: Aug 15th - Aug 19th (1 PM - 4 PM) online via Google Meet

Cost: $80 for regular registrations each week, free for those who qualify for free or reduced lunches
