Media Literacy Videos

The National Association for Media Literacy Education (NAMLE) curated a list of 18 videos related to digital citizenship and media literacy. These videos are suitable for students of all ages.

Media means more than just text and images. It also means television and film. Being media literate is about understanding why a creator makes certain choices of which type of media to present to an audience. In television and film music, as media, is mixed with visuals to create an overall feeling and message. Check out this video to see how the same visual can send a different message, and evoke different feelings, based on the type of music the audience hears  while watching.
