2019 Study Issues

Passed at September 12, 2019 Coalition meeting:

The Sullivan County Anti-Drug Coalition continues to recognize a need for treatment options and consequences for non-violent offenders who have substance use disorders. The Coalition supports efforts to provide more evidence-based Drug Courts that hold offenders accountable, prevents further adverse childhood experiences for children, and decreases recidivism and relapse.
