This is the video to listen to while you make your own video. Listen to this video on a different device (phone or iPad) while you record yourself playing on your own iPad

This is the video that shows you how to make your video.

This is a version of the Star Wars theme made with Chromelab. How would your change it? Make some changes, and email your link to me. blarsen@sbunified.org

Here are Isaac & Nora from Quimper, France. Beautiful singing, trumpet and guitar playing.

Hi Third Grade,

Here's a video of the Granola song by my friend Spencer. He would love for us to play and sing along with his recording.

There are two ways to play the notes for the "Gra gra gra gra gra gra gra granola part.

The harmony part uses "E E E E E E E E G E"

The melody part uses "C C C C C C C C E C"

See fingering chart below.

Or simply sing along and bang on an empty yogurt container or shake a bag of granola like a maraca.

Third Grade!

Hopefully you all have your recorder at home now because I left them on your desk at school for you. But if you lost yours or can't find it, don't worry, you can still make music. Sing!, Play percussion using boxes and sticks (or pots and pans if you have permission). Either way, Please check your school email. I will be inviting you to join a Google Classroom. There, I'll be posting fun musical projects for you to try at home. I'd love to see videos of you making music in some way.

If you have a different instrument at home that you want to try like a guitar or accordion or piano, send me an email and we'll schedule a Zoom meeting so that I can help you.

Missing you all,

Mr. Larsen
