Go to System Preferences and tap Accessibility.
Tap Pointer Control and choose the Alternate Control Methods tab.
From there, turn on Enable Mouse Keys.
Tap Options and select 'Press the Option key five times to toggle mouse.' When you press Option x5, Mouse Keys turn on and you can use the keyboard to move the mouse.
