Hello everyone! I am Hattie Burford, born and raised in Scottsbluff, Nebraska. I am a Scottsbluff High School Alum, graduated from Chadron State College with my Bachelor of Science in Education with an endorsement in 7-12 Mathematics, and graduated from Chadron State College with my Masters of Arts in Education-Mathematics in December 2019. I added an Educational Administration/Secondary Principal 7-12 endorsement to my masters degree in 2020, and just added a Physical Education 7-12 endorsement in 2023. 

Throughout my education at Chadron State College, I had the amazing opportunity to play on the Women's Basketball team, building life-long relationships. This will be my second year as the Head Girls' Basketball coach, and I am excited to continue coaching these girls in my new role. I am a firm believer that teamwork, both in and out of the classroom, is essential in order for students to receive the best opportunity to learn. I am very passionate about motivating myself and others to set and pursue goals that help students excel in their education, and become contributors to our society. 

In my spare time I like to spend time with my family, read, ride horses, run, and socialize.
