Class Description
This course is offered to 9th-12th grade students. Students will explore different types of cardiovascular fitness activities. Emphasis will be placed on the wellness of the student including mental/emotional health, physical fitness, and strength. Activities include but are not limited to running, yoga, pilates, and strength training.
