Period 2 Percussion Techniques

Class Description

• Percussion Techniques is a full-year course. The class focus is on continuing education in instrumental music, specifically in the area of percussion. The study will focus on all aspects of percussion performance including battery, auxiliary, and mallet percussion. Percussion technique students will perform in The Bearcat Marching Band, percussion ensemble, pep band, marching band, concert band, and have the opportunity to audition for various groups within the band program, honor bands, as well as solos and ensembles.
