The Learning Communities for School Success Program (LCSSP) Grant course is intended to support site Climate & Culture Teams as they work to lead and create Welcoming, Safe & Nurturing learning environments.
The Learning Communities for School Success Program (LCSSP) Grant course is intended to support site Climate & Culture Teams as they work to lead and create Welcoming, Safe & Nurturing learning environments.
SC3s will learn to support their site team in enhancing school-wide climate and culture through a feature-by-feature exploration of the Tiered Fidelity Inventory (TFI). Coaches will be guided as they work with the site team to evaluate systems and practices, and strengthen current implementation.
Session content is differentiated based on current implementation

- Attend LCSSP monthly trainings
- Facilitate the site Climate & Culture Team meetings
- Collaborate with SWSS POC
- Support site implementation
- Ensure Action Plans are used to direct the team
- Encourage staff participation
- Assist team members as necessary
As a School Climate & Culture Coach, you will be paid for the monthly LCSSP presentations attended and up to 100 hours of on-site work supporting implementation at your school for the year for a total of 100 hours.

Timesheets must contain training dates attended and additional duty hours on site
Timesheets must be initialed by a site administrator before being submitted
Scan and email each month’s timesheet to silvia.rodriguez@sbcusd.k12.ca.us by the 15th of every month
All hours accrued for each month (ex. Sept. 15th to Oct.15th), must be submitted for that month. Late submissions result in a penalty to the district from CalSTRS.
Timesheets must be submitted by June 15, 2021 in order to be processed for payment
