Fortified peat is an innovative solution for the optimal utilization of food waste on a small scale from a typical south Indian household. On average an Indian household produces 500g of domestic waste daily. This realization motivated me to create to come up with a very good recipe for peat that acts as a potential fungicide and pesticide. It is super organic, simple, and high water retention, nutrient-rich, flora friendly, and is known to create a suitable ecosphere at your doorstep.
