The Segerstrom High School Counseling Department collaborates with all stakeholders to provide a comprehensive counseling program that is data driven. Our program aims to promote equity, access, and success for all students in the areas of academics, social-emotional well-being, and college and career readiness. Our focus  is to create a challenging and supportive environment that prepares all students for their postsecondary goals. We strive to engage, inspire, and encourage all students to develop resilience, become productive citizens, ethical leaders, and make positive contributions to our community and global society.

Segerstrom High School scholars have the competencies to achieve their personal, academic, college and career aspirations. They are creative, collaborative leaders, effective communicators, critical thinkers and have a growth mindset. As lifelong learners, they are ready to make valuable contributions to an ever-changing society.
