One of my strongest leadership qualities is my ability to speak in front of a big group of people. I've been in speech and debate since 7th grade, and because of how much I've been able to compete, I've been able to harness the confidence to use my voice loudly and proudly! My public speaking skills have helped me lead the MCHS Speech Team for the past year and I've also used this talent to lead ASB chants during assemblies and performances!

As much as I believe its important for someone to know how to use their voice and lead a group of people, one of my strongest qualities is being able to be a team player. I am capable of listening, empathizing, and working with multiple people and multiple opinions. I am a people person who is willing to collaborate and succed at a task with a team.

As the ENFP personality type I am, I strive to be and am a positive  person. While I can offer a lot of constructive criticism, I am an optimistic person that takes the time to find helpful solutions through positive reinforcement. My own personal philosophy revolves around thoughts, I believe that positive thoughts and actions will make a positive atmosphere, and I believe that is one of my greatest qualities that will help with this role.
