In this course, students will develop and master the essential skills needed to become proficient Desktop Publishers, preparing them for higher education and the business world. They will refine touch typing skills and email etiquette for both academic and professional settings. Through hands-on projects, students will explore the principles of design, color theory, and typography, applying these concepts to create visually appealing and professionally formatted materials. By the end of the course, each student will have built a personal desktop publishing portfolio featuring posters, brochures, websites, magazines, and more.
