~ 3:35P.M. TOURNAMENT START TIME
~Makeup date for cancellations on June 10th from 3:45 p.m. check in time
~ALL Pickleball equipment will be provided!
~You do NOT need your own equipment, just sneakers & a partner. You may bring your own paddles if you wish.

Complete this form to sign up then turn in your payment & permission slip to Mr. I Cooper by 5/31/24!
Permission Slip:
Payment & Permission Slips for whole team are due by 5/31/24 to Mr. Cooper in room 205.
$10 per team----Pay when you turn in your permission slip or for $15 per team on day of event (If spots available)

~ THERE IS A LIMIT OF 16 TEAMS - First come first served using the Google Form!
~ Double Elimination Style Bracket
~ First to eleven points or higher score after ten minutes of play
~ Winning team prizes
~ Concessions - Food, Drinks, Merch and more will be for sale during the tournament
~ALL Pickleball equipment will be provided!
