SADD

SADD

W “Students Against Destructive Decisions” is a national non-profit dedicated to the safety and wellness of all students. SADD is a student-led group, dedicated to advocating healthy decision-making.

SADD was founded on the simple philosophy that young people, empowered to help each other, are the most effective force in prevention.

Last year's Groveton High School SADD Club organized Red Ribbon Week, designed several awareness/prevention informational bulletin boards, held a few donut morning meetings, and hiked Percy Peaks at the end of the school year! Groveton High's SADD Chapter is open to any students in grades 9-12 who are interested in making healthy lifestyle choices and raising awareness around destructive decision-making in teens! If you're interested in joining, please see Ms. Jones or email n_jones@sau58.org.
