SAP Counseling

The NH Student Assistance Program is designed on a national curriculum model and is a comprehensive, evidence-based approach to preventing and reducing alcohol, tobacco, and other drug use in teens. SAP counselors work with middle and high school students to teach prevention education and coping skills, as well as provide students a confidential space to discuss their fears, concerns, home life, and substance misuse. SAP's are also here to provide students and families information on mental health, substance misuse, and community resources for those in need.
