Guest Readers

Dear Parents,  

    Each year we host a program called "Guest Readers."  We invite parents, friends, relatives, community members-anybody who is interested - to be a guest reader in the classroom.  Our curriculum emphasizes the importance of literacy and this is a wonderful way for everybody to discover the joy of sharing quality literature through reading aloud. 

      The reading time will be on the last Friday of each month from 2:35-2:50 p.m. Guest readers can bring a favorite story or two of their own, or feel free to borrow  books from our classroom library.  The sign-up sheet will be up in our classroom or you can also send me an email with an ideal date and I’ll sign you up.  Here are the dates:

• June 7
