Students wishing to try out for sports teams will need to have a signed sports agreement form to participate. It is the policy of Epsom Central School that students who wish to participate in competitive sports must have documentation of a physical exam on file at the school signed by a licensed health care provider. The physical must be current within twenty-four months of the time of the projected end of the season in which the child elects to participate.
