SMHC provides an array of services including individual and/or family therapy as well as case management services. To get connected to services contact the Portsmouth office at 603-431-6703 Monday-Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm, you will be connected with the Admissions Department.

DBTeens 

NH DBTeens NH is a 12-week telemental health treatment program for youth ages 12-20. DBTeens NH offers up to 13 hours per week of Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) treatment online AT HOME. Our 12-week program is aimed at helping teens learn how to deal with dangerous action urges or thoughts, improve awareness of their own needs and emotions, better regulate emotions and moods, and express themselves more effectively when communicating with other people. Endurance Behavioral Health

Endurance offers both an in-person and a virtual option for our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) and an entirely virtual Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP). They treat adolescents between the ages of 13 and 20. In order to stabilize adolescents while they remain in the community, Endurance provides skill-based and relational group therapy, in-vivo coaching, a therapeutic milieu, family support, case management, and psychopharmacological assessment as our primary interventions.
